External User Form Functionality/ Extended Application Functionality

Additional configuration has been created for Licence Types so that applications, in particular the External User Submission Wizard, is able to be altered based on the licence type and application form. Party contact details (eg email) may be configured to display at all times, and be configured to be mandatory. Qualifications, Declarations and Disclosures have been added as new elements which may be configured for the licence type and application sub-type.

Task Changes

Task Items have been extended to optionally require/ allow outcomes to be displayed. Task Allocation records may now be created with the allocation hierarchy driving the Task Allocation engine that will automatically assign tasks to the relevant office, officer and excalation officer.
